Each project tells its own story. We've spent years crafting spaces that don't just look good on paper but actually work for the people using them every day.
From converting old warehouses into vibrant mixed-use hubs to designing homes that actually reduce energy bills, we're pretty proud of what we've built alongside our clients. Here's a look at some projects that kept us up at night - in a good way.
Vancouver, BC - 2023
The client wanted a tech office that didn't feel like a tech office. We gave them 85,000 sq ft of workspace with floor-to-ceiling windows, green roofs, and communal spaces that people actually use during lunch breaks.
This family of five needed more than square footage - they wanted a home that adapted to their lifestyle. We designed a passive solar residence with movable interior walls and a living roof that's become their favorite hangout spot.
West Vancouver, BC - 2022
A 1912 warehouse that's now a boutique hotel. We kept the exposed brick and timber beams - they don't make 'em like that anymore.
Vancouver, BC - 2021
Adaptive reuse of an old printing press building. Now it houses 200+ freelancers and startups who actually enjoy Monday mornings.
Yaletown, BC - 2023
14 units that prove multi-family doesn't have to mean cookie-cutter. Each home gets southern exposure and private outdoor space.
Burnaby, BC - 2022
The neighborhood needed a gathering place that wouldn't break the budget. We delivered a 12,000 sq ft multi-use facility that runs on solar, includes a public library branch, cafe, and event space. It's been booked solid since opening day.
Winner: BC Sustainable Architecture Awards 2021
22-story residential tower where every unit gets a 6-foot deep balcony - perfect for urban gardening. We've seen tomatoes growing on the 18th floor.
Downtown Vancouver, BC - 2021
Mixed-use development with street-level shops and office space above. The challenge? Making retail spaces feel inviting while maximizing natural light three floors up.
Richmond, BC - 2023
North Vancouver, BC - 2020
When a historic church needed new life, we transformed it into 8 residential lofts while preserving the stained glass, vaulted ceilings, and original oak floors. The building committee was skeptical at first - they're believers now.
Let's grab a coffee and talk about it. We've probably tackled something similar - or we'll figure it out together.
